Demeyere saute pans are the first professional range made in a
new multi layer material and tested by professional chefs. Even
heat spread over the whole body of the pan is guaranteed by the
5 ply aluminium/stainless steel construction. Two outer layers
of 18/10 stainless steel encase three layers of aluminium to a
thickness of 3mm. The thickness of the pan is important for the
preparation of otherwise difficult sauces, custards etc.
The
cooking results are the same as the best copper saute pans but
with far less effort in cleaning. Additionally, acidic foods are
unaffected by the stainless steel. Dishwasher safe with a guaranteed
non dulling surface, these pans will last a lifetime.
