Contrary to
popular belief, jam is quite easy to make, and home made is always
more delicious and nutritious. Use fruit in season and enjoy the
best jam all year long.
Also called
a preserving pan, jam pans are large and wide-brimmed to allow the
excess water in the fruit (or vegetables) to evaporate as quickly
as possible. It also has a side handle for easy use, particularly
when pouring hot liquids. Lid available separately.
